The Chefs brand started as a single fine dining restaurant in September 1993 under the innovative leadership of the late Joseph Frankl, Eugene Gomes and Dilip Khatri.
A year later the casual eatery Corner Café was added and the Seafront Restaurant at Trendwest on Denarau Island commenced operations in 2002. With the growing fame of Chefs and a market demanding more choice, Saffron Tandoori Restaurant was opened in 2004.
Since opening 13 years ago, Chefs Restaurant has estabilished a reputation for being unique and have inspired a new era in Dining experiences in Nadi. Eugene Gomes has stamped his mark as an innovative Chef and Operator and with his team continues to provide exquisite meals with exceptional service.
