Just as the spice is hand harvested with great care so is the experience at Saffron Tandoori Restaurant.

Located in the Jack's Mall in Nadi Town, there is an immediate feeling of welcome and warmth when greeted at the restaurant. Staff are knowledgeable and recommend the ideal dishes every time. The decor of soothing silk, stained peacock lamps, hand paintings, aged wood and iron artifacts transports you to another place and time with an atmosphere that has the feeling of Rajisthan.

The authentic Indian dishes cooked by our Chefs from India are a reflection of the different regions of India, as are the Fiji Indian dishes. Each meal echoes the symbolism of Saffron - rich in purity, aroma and vibrancy.

At the display kitchen watch the flying Roomali rotis (Roomali - handkerchief) as light and thin as a handkerchief. Naan bread, sizzling kebabs and tikkas prepared in the Tandoor. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 45.
